As a Solution Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in the support structure for the business application of the SAP system. You will act as the liaison between the Cargotec Information Office and other stakeholders. Also as a member of the solution coordinator network, you will be working closely with the technical experts in an international environment, requiring good collaboration, communication and networking skills.


Possible locations are Helsinki, Kaarina and Tampere and you will report directly to the Senior Solution coordinator.

Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Support the SAP finance and controlling processes in Kalmar Frontline and Principal area
  • Support the SAP key users on daily operations. 
  • Provide planned and on-demand training to SAP key users
  • Align business requirements with the business management and interpret the effect of business strategy implementation and changes. 
  • Identify business process improvements and changes and collect and specify change requirements to the application that will better support these processes. 
  • Cooperation with other business solution coordinators. Specifically, the logistics / finance co-operation is required. Align requirements and share knowledge with solution coordinators in the same field of expertise.

What you’ll need to succeed


  • Process oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English is mandatory both spoken and written
  • Experience from SAP Finance Modules, understanding SD or other modules are a benefit
  • Experience as ERP super or key user preferred, experience working in finance role or as controller is a benefit
  • Customer service mindset and fluency in English
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, with a focus on solving problems
  • Knowledge in the business processes and operations in finance and controlling area
  • Understanding of change management practices.
