Area Service Manager

We are now searching for a new team member to join our team in South Finland as an Area Service Manager


Service Managers are pivotal to successful day-to-day operations and leadership of each of our locations. The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of the service business units and will actively support sales in order to meet both customers and business needs.


The role offers a flexible location and reports directly to the Service Manager Finland.

Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Accountable for budget and policy recommendations and implementation, responsible for process and tools development and implementation 
  • Propose plans to improve service performance, through reviews of current performance and recommendations for improvements
  • Make sure all contracts and business agreements are maintained and efficiently effected
  • Cooperate with colleagues in sales and services to develop and execute value added services and solutions to existing and new potential customers
  • Liaise frequently with customers to maintain existing relationships and seeking for new business opportunities
  • Take responsibility for warranties in collaboration with the service engineer and ensure that they are fulfilled properly.

What you’ll need to succeed


  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Finnish is a must
  • Prior management/supervisory experience – effective at coaching, motivating and leading teams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Great organisation and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Strong work ethic, drive and goal orientation.
