Sales Backoffice Support

Purpose of the position

 

Provide timely and effective administrative support within the service and sales support processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

 

  • University degree in Technical Field or Business Management or equivalent;

  • English – fluent in written and spoken;

  • Relevant working experience / education;

  • Able to learn, understand and applying information and basic concepts;

  • Self-motivated and works independently to process and complete standardised requests;

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills;

  • Positive service mindset and strong customer focus;

  • Basic computer skills is a prerequisite; SAP experience and Google package (G Suite) are a plus.

 

Key tasks:

  • Responsible for daily operations of the processes and tasks in scope; 

  • Ensure the correct usage of SAP and other tools;

  • Process orders and invoices (create, maintain and invoice orders);

  • Process contracts (create, maintain and invoice);

  • Process warranty claims accurately and on time;

  • Ensuring a professional support and service minded attitude;

  • Take active part in the cooperation with HUB  and ensure service delivered in a timely manner.
