Commissioning Engineer

Purpose of the position

Perform commissioning of high complexity products. Provide advisory services to customers and/or third party contractors on existing and/or newly acquired equipment and components.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Updating programs to machines components (PLC/Display/Inverters/Steering)
• Solving problems on SC/SHC
• Reporting quality problems to quality department in factory
• Creating ECR
• Reporting PLC/Display bugs to R&D
• Making sure that project is going according to schedule agreed with manager
• Teaching new technicians
• Testing „SMART” components and AutoSC components
• Performance test of SC/SHC

What you’ll need to succeed

Education level:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Electronics, Information Technology or similar

Competencies:

• Network CAN/Ethernet
• Broad technical knowledge of lifting equipment/heavy machinery
• Ability to transfer engineering processes to project documentation
• Circuit diagram reading
• Insulation resistance measuring method knowledge 
• Hydraulic diagram reading
• PLC programing knowledge
• Good knowledge about automation sensors
• Good command of written & spoken English language (B2)
• Strong attention to detail & good organisational skills
• Agile mindset
• Solution driven mindset
• Basic business understanding
