Solution Sales Representative


Owning solution sales activities for equipment and combinations of services and equipment as Solutions in dedicated segment, customer business segment or geographical segment. Executing of sales plans for own dedicated segment.

Solution sales representative has a solid understanding of customers in dedicated segment and of how to create values by applying adapted solutions and solution selling behavior.

Solution Sales representative applies a value based selling behavior and strives to increase the share of equipment sold as part of a service solution.  


Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Responsibility for sales targets;
  • Sales planning – pre-planning of activities to achieve targets;
  • Manage calculations and quote base in accordance to policies and team instructions;   
  • Develop and maintain relations with segment accounts;
  • Manage and develop assigned dealers/agents according to Dealer Management policies;      
  • Market intelligence – awareness of development of market/customer demands/businesses and competitive environment;
  • Annual planning – budget process for area of responsibility;
  • Reporting - order intake forecasts, market shares      
  • Behavior according to Code of Conducts    


We expect from you



  • Preferably diploma in economics or engineering or equivalent work experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position;
  • Experienced of working in a Customer Service/Sales environment.  



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales role;
  • Marketing minded and market oriented;
  • Management skills in a matrix, multi-cultural, international environment;
  • Motivation and ability to achieve results under pressure with strong sense of responsibility and independence;
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and achieve results both individually and as part of a team;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English along with presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • High level of accuracy;
  • Commercial acumen;
  • Ability to create long term strategic plans to meet growth and profitability objectives;
  • Flexibility and adaptability;
  • Can do attitude;
  • Reliable and able to work both independently and in the team;
  • Google and SF suite knowledge is a plus.
