Training Content Developer

Our business is changing, which is why we are now looking for nothing less than the most talented Training Content Developer to join our Quality&Product Support team.

 

The job responsibilities include:

 

  • Develop and deploy modular training courses and training material for both classroom training and e-learning, in English,
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and set targets and  learning objectives,
  • Conduct pieces of training to test and evaluate the material,
  • Maintain and develop our  Train-the-Trainers system and training policies for frontline and dealers including administration of the Learning Management System,
  • Create training plans and maintain the local/regional train-the-trainers network,
  • Co-ordinate and prioritize Service Training requests coming from the BL and FLU training,
  • Upload and maintain training material and training events in our Learning management system.
What you’ll need to succeed:

 

Ideally, you have:

  • University degree in Mechanics/electronics/hydraulics or similar,
  • Good English writing and grammar skills,
  • Orientation in Loglift/Jonsered  products and control system,
  • Good IT skills, experience with 3D tools,
  • Good communication skills. Technical writers need to know how to ask questions,
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text,

You get extra points for:

  • Proven working experience in technical writing and technical information,
  • Experience working with adobe illustrator or similar illustrating tools, XML and CMS (Content Management Systems),
  • Knowledge about  STE (Simplified Technical English).
