Service Support for Importer markets

  • Provides business enablement, guidance, training, and support to the importers network and RBM’s on the organization's Services products. Drives dealer metrics and performance 
  • Ensures that Importers organization comply with organizational policies and standards. Driving business development and loyalty across our offering is at the core of the role.
  • A key point of contact to coordinate actions with relevant stakeholders.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Onboarding and training to sales network (new importers & existing importers)
  • Process ownership of: Price lists, C-Office applications, order handling and planning
  • Provide training & competence development with focus on processes
  • Coordination of importer yearly training schedule / program (process, technical,...)
  • Able to advice and support on parts product portfolio matters
  • First point of contact for Services escalation issues.


 

  • Performs Importers metrics and performance analysis and provides information to RBM’s
  • Attending monthly, quarterly operational reviews with Importers and Divisions
  • Together with accountable RBM’s, collaborate to achieve improved Services sales, set targets and develop the performance of the Importer network
  • Promote Spare Parts, Contracts and other Service product sales through Hiab importer network
  • Product support for Hiab’s services portfolio
  • Managing internet appointment leads via inbound and outbound calls and emails.

 

  • Track the competitive landscape 
  • Responsible to link product management, customers and frontline stakeholders to drive the development of Hiab’s services offering and its commercialization
  • Track legislative changes related to trade and business required to deal with the importer markets
  • Input to CX improvements and process improvements
  • Support roll-out of future business systems and tools to dealers/importers
  • Agreed with RBM’s, coordinates regular meetings to review department activities, provides reports into SalesForce and other reports as required by management.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

 

KPI's

 

  • Feedback survey importers related to operational meetings (metrics and performance)
  • Training coverage importers (%) of key business systems
  • Coordination - tracking of technical training
  • Services growth KPI.

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field experience
  • Industrial sales representative 

 

Working experience:

 

  • 5yrs experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive or agricultural industry 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field experience

 

Competence and skills:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer aptitude
  • Knowledge Hiab business process and systems
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Google applications including Slides, Sheets, Docs and Gmail
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced and modern environment
  • Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
  • Sufficient technical competence and expertise
  • (Basic) business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria.

 

Language skills:

 

  • English requirement: Yes
  • Preferably a second language (Spanish, Chinese, Arab).
