Hiab is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to join our team of professionals.

 

The purpose of the position is to establish, lead and develop a world class team within project management. Your main priorities are to lead the team as well as strategically important projects as well as train the organisation in project management.

The position is based in any HIAB office in Europe and will be reporting to our VP, Sales & Product Management

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Head the Project management organisation
• Project management for strategically important projects
• Project management of pre-studies
• Project Portfolio management 
• Responsible for improvements of the project methods including training and best practises
• To provide coaching to other project managers
• Facilitate for an efficient working process.
• Focus on individual development, good and safe work environment and team results.

What you’ll need to succeed

• University degree in engineering or economic or similar knowledge
• Excellent knowledge and experience of project management
• Experience of product development activities 
• High level of planning skills and business- and market mindset
• Focus on customer needs and ability to motivate and inspire people and build trust
• Good leadership and management capabilities
• Good communication skills
• Problem solver, energetic, have a good driving force and result oriented person.
