Service Contracts Solution Manager

Hiab is looking for a Service Contracts Solution Manager.


In this role you will be part of a global team responsible for managing and developing Hiab's Service contract business. We make a difference by providing best in class customer experience, differentiated service solutions and data-driven services throughout the Hiab product portfolio lifecycle.
 
Hiab’s ambition is to significantly increase the number of active service contracts and other subscription-based service products in the upcoming years. To support this ambition, the Service Contracts Solution Manager owns, manages and develops the business processes and system solutions of all Hiab’s fixed term contracts and subscription based services(ProCare service contracts, HiConnect, other digital services such as Hiab Training Simulator and Hiab Uptime). Additionally, the Service Contract Solution manager owns the global preventive maintenance processes and related solution development.
 
The location of this position is Finland and you will report to the Director, Services Contracts and Remote Insights.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Ownership of business processes and solutions for contracts/subscription based service products sales and execution in Hiab markets (systems including SAP, SalesForce CRM and FSM, Marketing Cloud)
  • Ownership of preventive maintenance process according to Hiab maintenance guidelines and related solution development in SAP and FSM
  • Managing the development roadmaps for processes and solutions based on business / market requirements and new service development roadmaps
  • Managing the development projects in the area of responsibility following the Hiab PMO project model.
  • Business process development including standardisation, continuous improvements as well as translating business processes into system processes together with IM support
  • System solution development in co-operation with IM and external software providers to match new and changing business requirements and  targets (operational, topline and profitability improvements, automatization to decrease manual administration, etc)
  • Managing and implementing the roll-out of new business processes and system solutions to Hiab markets including CSC change management, training and support and feedback collection.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

Education:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other equivalent education.

 
Experience:
 

  • Experience in implementing and/or managing process and solution development projects
  • Experience in project management and agile development ways of working
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in service business and/or heavy machinery industry
  • Experience in the software development process.

 
Competencies:
 

  • IT system experience in SAP ERP and Salesforce
  • Ability to bring together different stakeholders and funnel business requirements in global solution framework and development roadmaps
  • Ability to communicate to different levels of organisation and different stakeholders
  • Holistic and sustainable view on systems.

 
As a person you are a good communicator with the capability to work both in teams and independently with good sense for details and passionate about driving performance improvements.
