Compensation Data



Salary starting from $65,000 per year based on skills and experience.

Purpose of the position



In this position you have the responsibility to support IM solution functionality and business operational continuity primary at our Hiab Streetsboro, OH site. You should also support others within your team to help them achieve business operational continuity, undertake daily operational tasks and participate in various business and IT development projects. 
You have the responsibility to support local solutions according to local business needs together with the Hiab IM team and commonly agreed models and frameworks. In this position, you manage and secure platform availability together with service support (key user) network management within Hiab. 

Main tasks and responsibilities



  • Acting as Solution Support Specialist for ERP LN being responsible for the support of the platform functionality at the Streetsboro factory.
  • Report writing with Cyberquery or SQL for BCG
  • Supporting Local IM solutions in Streetsboro, especially OhioWay application, and other relevant applications for operations.
  • Supporting development projects when it comes to IM functionality development, data flows and integrations of solutions
  • Responsible for participating in team meetings and service meetings based on the agreed governance model
  • Be a part of Hiab IM, and together with colleagues you have an important role of securing succession with our strategic development projects and further develop our solution offerings.

What you’ll need to succeed




  • Master’s or Bachelor degree in IT, business or similar area

Work experience:

  • 3+ years of experience of working in the IT business area
  • Experience with solution & business process development and/or IT service management related work

Competence and skills:

  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively
  • Process knowledge on Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes in general, Lean knowledge is a benefit
  • Experience in supporting any ERP solution for manufacturing, Infor LN experience is preferred
  • Experience in BI reporting, SQL or similar skills is a benefit
  • Programming skills is a benefit
  • Good communication and presentation skills
