Product Manager

  • To provide best in class customer experience by delivering differentiated solutions, including market leading product and data-driven services, throughout the product lifecycle with market leading offerings supporting our customers & organization to meet our sustainability targets.
  • As a result of this the product manager will Implement the Tail Lift division product strategy in order to deliver profitable growth through differentiated customer experience and performance across the lifecycle, supporting sales with the tools and product portfolio to win in the market


Key accountabilities:

  • Drive and support sales, growth and profitability for defined market and products in line with budget and strategy, supporting the Global Product Management
  • Understand the market situation (adapt current offering to local markets)  
  • Delivers market intelligence: trends/needs, product performance & competitive offering
  • Delivers customer intelligence
  • Takes major role in launching of new products and options/features
  • Organizes / gives product training on area level
  • Fast reactions to customer requests and demands
  • Identify focus segments as part of the regional sales strategy
  • Participates in product councils and gives input to PLC and NPD work
  • Delivers customer feedback and insights to services 
  • Participates in sales planning and business reviews with sales
  • Support Global Product managers in cost analysis (cost development, fixed costs vs direct costs, FL vs BL vs MAU, inflation, ...)
  • Creates and maintains effective sales tools to communicate and realize customer value form our offerings

What you’ll need to succeed:


  • Technical and/or Business Degree



  • 5 years in similar role, or
  • 5 years technical sales experience, or
  • 5 years engineering experience



  • Good technical understanding of product & application
  • Strong Commercial, strategic and Influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Cross functional collaboration skills
