Solution Support Specialist

Purpose of the position

In this position you have responsibility to support IM solution functionality and business operational continuity primary at Hiab Stargard site. You should also support others within your team to help them achieve business operational continuity, undertake daily operational tasks and participate in various business and IT development projects.

You have responsibility to support local solutions according to local business needs together with the Hiab IM team and commonly agreed models and frameworks. In this position you manage and secure platform availability together with service support (key user) network management within Hiab.
 

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Acting as Solution Support Specialist for ERP LN being responsible for the supporting of the platform functionality at Stargard factory.
• Report writing with Cyberquery or SQL for BCG
• Supporting Local IM solutions in Stargard: Workers Portal web applications (Great Idea and Fix IT),  Desktop applications (Planning tool, Accessories, Pipes Kitting and TP1 Calculator), Web applications (Hi-Flow, HiabWorkers, Production Losses, HiabTraining, Hi-Quality, Portal, PortalHiab, Hi-Audits, Hi-Data), MAU Stargard painting system applications (PSQ, Paintshop Planner and PSQ ADD) at Stargard factory
• Supporting development projects when it comes to IM functionality development, data flows and integrations of solutions
• Responsible of participating team meetings and service meetings based on agreed governance model
• Be part of Hiab IM and together with colleagues you have important role of securing success on our strategic development projects and further develop our solution offering
   

What you’ll need to succeed

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience of working in the IT business area
• Experience of solution & business process development and/or IT service management related work 

Competencies:

• Strong problem solving & analytical skills
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Process knowledge on Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes in general, Lean knowledge is an benefit
• Experience in supporting any ERP solution for manufacturing.
• Experience in BI reporting, SQL or similar skills is a benefit
• Programming skills is a benefit
• Good communication and presentation skills
