The experience we’re looking for in a candidate:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, partially in a Leadership role,
  • Experience in managing and implementing HR processes in an international setting, preferably also from a production environment,
  • Experience in driving, facilitating and motivating people in change management processes,
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to hold challenging conversations,
  • Hands-on, operational approach with the willingness to get involved in a wide range of business activities,
  • Knowledge and understanding of Employment Law,
  • Analytical skills,
  • Advanced English is a must.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
  • Create and put in place HR strategy for the factory, according to the general direction of global Cargotec Business Service (CBS),
  • Build professional employer branding strategy to make a Hiab an employer of first choice,
  • Prepare and own the annual HR budget and targets and drive the achievement of these,
  • Develop, coordinate, implement and monitor HR processes, policies and initiatives,
  • Provide advice and lead with pragmatic and proactive case management on all Employee Relations matters, ensuring legal compliance to promote consistency, equality and fairness,
  • Provide coaching to Managers to upskill and support them as required,
  • Initiate leadership programs to local managers and leaders,
  • Keep up-to-date with HR legislation, ensuring that any risks are identified and managed,
  • Support the country CBS HR team to drive employee engagement and end users satisfaction,
  • Look for innovative solutions and drive changes.
