Trainee Finance

Purpose of the position
As a Trainee Finance, you will be an integral part of our Accounting team, supporting key financial processes and gaining hands-on experience in an international corporate environment. This role is designed to help you develop practical accounting skills, deepen your financial knowledge, and work alongside experienced professionals. Through continuous learning and collaboration, you will build a strong foundation for a successful career in finance while contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Support the accounting team with month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Assist in end-to-end accounting, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
- Work with accountants to gain real-world experience and build a strong financial foundation.
- Help prepare financial reports and analyze performance data.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and process improvements.
- Gain hands-on experience with accounting software and systems.
- Collaborate with teams and expand your knowledge of international finance.
What you’ll need to succeed
- A student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a genuine interest in finance and accounting.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional setting.
- Great knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
