Main tasks and responsibilities

As a  Recruitment Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment processes, ensuring we attract top talent and build strong teams across the EMEA region. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional recruitment services with a customer-centric approach, in line with SLAs, KPIs, and company procedures.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle for the EMEA region, from supporting hiring managers and posting job ads to screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, online testing, and scheduling interviews.
• Innovating new recruitment tactics: Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
• Attracting top candidates using various channels like databases, social media, referrals, job boards, university boards, and recruitment agencies.
• Monitoring recruitment agencies' performance and suggesting adjustments to improve cost-efficiency and vendor effectiveness.
• Screening resumes, managing internal referrals, and creating shortlists of qualified candidates for interviews.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping in the Applicant Tracking System and other relevant systems.
• Improving recruitment processes: Recommend updates and enhancements to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and integrate new technologies.
• Training and supporting colleagues in your areas of expertise.

What you’ll need to succeed

We’re looking for someone who is driven, skilled, and passionate about recruitment. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process in medium to large organizations.

Competencies

• A strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
