Junior Specialist, Invoice to Pay

Purpose of the position

We, at Cargotec, are looking for a Junior Specialist, Invoice to Pay (Accounts Payable). He or she will deliver ITP services to the entire Invoice to Pay (ITP) area for our HIAB business. Main purpose of the position is to take part into and execute activities related to entering invoices into an accounts payable system, processing payments, checking and verifying invoices, etc.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Perform transactional activity with supervision related to the ITP area 
• Responsible for resolving queries from customers, vendors and colleagues
• Specialist providing assistance on ITP-related inquiries, acting as an employee’s first line of contact via appropriate channels (tickets, chat, calls, etc.)
• Act as 1st line of contact with organisation via calls, chat e.g. document and follow up all employee inquiries, issues and transactions
• Recognize unusual events or consistent problems and work with team leader to resolve issues
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Ensure data is accurate in company systems.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum bachelor's degree in finance or business
• Some experience (up to 1 year) from a position related to payments, invoices, PO handling, etc.
• Experience with simple to complex query handling
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills 
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organisational and communication skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
• Good at communicating in a professional manner.
