We are looking for a Junior HR Services Specialist, to join our team of HR professionals in Sofia, Bulgaria. As Junior HR Services Specialist, you'll handle all end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, such as Data Administration and Document Management, Position Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management, HR Reporting and utilizing the HR system.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Deliver HR data administration services support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to employees queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via available company’s channels such as chat and case management tool
- Demonstrate function knowledge of country and global HR processes and policies to effectively respond to customer queries
- Maintain and update organizational and employees’ data in global HRIS and ensure data is accurate and up to date
- Prepare employment documentation where possible and in accordance with the Country Responsibility matrix
- Adopt a customer-centric attitude to delivering HR services in line with SLAs, KPIs,controls and procedures.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor degree or last year of education in Human resources or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year experience from a similar role(experience from a customer-related position, requiring communication and coordination with different stakeholders), if it was a trainee role in HR would be considered as a relevant
- Very good customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Readiness to learn and acquire new skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
