Service Trainer

Purpose of the position

The purpose of the position is to:

  • Develop training plans and systematically roll-out of training for SEA region
  • Position enables APAC to establish stronger regional training focus.
  • Preparation of organization for better service performance and professionalism

What do we expect from you?


Technical degree (e.g. engineer) or equivalent

Working experience:

  • Experience in electrical / hydraulic systems
  • Accredited trainer in load handling or comparable mechanical industry

Competence and skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Business sense.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Conduct skill gap and training needs analysis for the region
  • Closely work with APAC Product Support Manager and Technical Support Specialists to develop short term and long term training plans in APAC region, training modules mainly include: Hydraulic, Electronics, Installation, etc.
  • Act as expert of Hiab systems and tools, conduct training and response to daily queries to ensure maximum utilization of Hiab systems and tools
  • Deliver training to distributors as well as selected end-users and installation partners
  • Enhance technical knowledge and service capabilities of FLU in the region
