Zepro Service Business Support

Purpose of the position

Hiab’s Tail Lifts Division is looking for  Zepro Service Business Support.


In this position you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the sales process of driving parts together with Zepro Dealers. You will be responsible for the analysis of sales promotions within the service organisation and you will provide guidance and support to various Dealers regarding Zepro Services products, while processing the calculation for performance metrics.


This position is located in our office in Södertälje and Hudiksval, Sweden with flexibility in terms of placement, and reports to the Service Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Prepare gap analysis for webshop conversion rates, use installed databases to drive proCare contracts and boost the service sales.
  • Attract new Service Products customers by using the installed databases
  • Identify and develop HiPerform E-Commerce digital services opportunities, promoting Hiab’s digital platforms
  • Increase all products sales through Hiab Service dealer network
  • Manage and develop the service coverage in geographical areas through optimising dealer network
  • Manage various processes and prepare documents for dealer contracting and termination
  •  Support and optimise the development of Dealer Performance.

What you’ll need to succeed




  • Relevant university degree, with an emphasis on Business, Marketing or Economics.




  • Previous experience in the industry sales will be considered as an advantage
  • 3 years experience in service sales or industrial goods sales, preferably in the automotive or agricultural industry.




  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish close rapports with customers
  • Computer literacy, experience with variety of computer tasks
  • Proficient usage of Google Suite
  • Dynamic individual who is open to work in a fast-paced and modern working environment
  • Customer- centric mindset with a keen interest in sales
  • Basic business notion and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria
  • Full working proficiency of English- both written and spoken.
