Responsible for supporting warehouse operations and production through transferring, storing, rotating, picking and other tasks needed.



  • Leads a team of hourly associates through outbound/Inbound process and with a high level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Properly stores and labels all materials, and products using 5S principles and practices. 
  • Notify Logistics Coordinator/ Logistics Manager when product nears the expiration date 
  • Properly records and disposes materials, trash and chemicals.
  • Operates forklift, hand truck/warehouse carts, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment in a professional and safe manner 
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the interior and exterior of the warehouse(s) 
  • Responsible for keeping warehouse clean and organized to company standards (5S)
  • Provide assistance to the Receiving/Outbound Departments when needed 
  • Observe and abide by all company policies and safety regulations 
  • Assists in inventory management 
  • Perform other duties as assigned including housekeep of common areas and restroom, packing moving and setting up of furniture, cabinets, equipment, etc. 
  • Respects and supports Leads and Managers 
  • Provide training of current and new employees in all appropriate procedures and processes required to complete work assignments.
  • Provide daily work assignments to staff and work with manager and other leads to coordinate personnel and resources as necessary to complete all work scheduled for department.
  • Assist with the development, revision and enforcement of inventory management and procedures including record keeping, work instructions, ISO procedures, and other standard operational and work practices as necessary
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
  • Expected to be “hands on” and perform duties alongside associates in floor activities. 

What you’ll need to succeed:



  • College Degree preferred 
  • Previous warehouse experience 3+ years
  • Forklift Certification 



  • Able to understand and follow oral or written work instructions 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Able to work with fellow coworkers in a professional manner 
  • SAP Warehouse functions leading to a key user level
  • 5S Yellow Belt



  • Able to sit or stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift 
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs. on a continuous basis throughout the work day
