Purpose of the position
The position is responsible to act as a phone and help desk traffic controller, within the Hiab US technical support team, in order to ensure prompt service to Hiab US internal and external stakeholders in the Market Area.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of technical support activities Hiab US internal and external stakeholders in the Market Area to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Collaborate with Manager, Product Support, Product Manager, Services, and Warranty Supervisor to coordinate and channel technical support from Hiab functions towards customers within the Market Area
Accountabilities:
- Assist in coordination of important customer notifications required for campaigns and recalls
- Assist the warranty team as needed
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
- Suitable educational background on technical subjects (Bachelor/academic level)
Working experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of technical support in the industry and excellent understanding of load handling business
Skills and competencies:
- Excellent Hiab product knowledge and technical skills
- Ability to work in an international business environment in a matrix organization
- Ability to lead and manage team work effectively, ability to lead people functionally without direct reporting lines
- Results and achievement driven and eager to create long term relationships
- High integrity and excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
