To plan, organize and control Hiab ‘Digital Solutions’ business and product development, from conceptual stages through product life cycles, to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. Duties for this specific Role will have an emphasis on Hiab’s Operation Simulator Technology, HiConnect, HiPerform and HiViz business growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities

●    Drive Hiab’s digital and solution sales in the respective market area
●    Proactively work with account managers to engage with new and existing customers and channel partners
●    Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers
●    Participate in developing sales excellence; sales strategy and process, pipeline management, case qualification, and sales tooling in various application industries
●    Work together with the digital product team, create the customer value proposition, capture customer needs and share them with the product team
●    Develop and manage training initiatives internally and to externally
●    Support customers and internal stakeholders on the relevant activities; solution training or back-office processes
●    Administration of back-office processes, contract set-up and management
●    High level of technical understanding and ability to provide technical support to customers
●    travel required about 30% of the time, including possible international

Contacts/Working Closely With:

●    The sales team in the respective area, peers in other markets, product team
●    Being the link between front-line, digital business line and customers
●    Customers and channel partners

What you’ll need to succeed

●    Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Working Experience:
●    + 5 years of solution pre-sales and/or sales experience
●    Experience in working closely with partners and customers with a focus on adding value to their business by providing solutions

Competence & Skills:
●    Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
●    Relationship management, build and maintain relationships with a can-do attitude
●    Experience in digital solutions: fleet management, telematics, IoT or data analytics
●    Ability to learn and adapt to changing situations
●    Ability to connect with end-user customers at different levels in their organizations
●    Ability to investigate customer needs and connect that to our solution is crucial.Own tools required 
Ability to develop and grow long-term relationships with customers
