•    To drive target application sales for our Heavy & Super Heavy Loader Crane Product lines.
•    To provide best in class customer experience by delivering differentiated options and solutions, with market leading offerings supporting our customers & organization.
•    To support our sales LCHS product strategy in order to deliver profitable growth and performance across the product lifecycle. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

•    Drive and support sales, growth and profitability for defined application markets and products in line with budget and strategy, supporting local.
•    Conduct market research, identify and track market trends in industry.
•    Conduct marketing analysis to develop opportunities.
•    Produce competitive analysis materials comparing Hiab products with key competitors in application.
•    Participate in overall application strategy, research, design and development requirements, for new products.
•    Develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for product
•    Coordinate and develop marketing, sales engineering, and financial plans for application related equipment.
•    Report on and Manage day-to-day progress of relevant case sales.
•    Provide financial and technical justification for product selection and definition.
•    Participate in the building of key business relationship and key sales specifics for the product.
•    Attend trade shows and customer events to support area of responsibility.
•    Understand the market situation (adapt current offering to local markets)
•    Report on customer intelligence
•    Fast reactions to customer requests and demands
•    Identify new focus segments supporting local sales strategy
•    Deliver customer feedback and insights to services
•    Participate in sales planning and business reviews with sales
•    Support local Product managers in cost analysis
•    Ability to travel locally and nationally, regular travel required.

KPIs
•    Growth in sales
•    GM
•    Market share growth by segment / region
•    NPD sales in the last 3 years (% of total sales)
•    Price/Margin improvements 

What you’ll need to succeed

Education:
•    Technical and/or Business Degree.

Experience:
•    5 years in similar role, or
•    5 years technical sales experience, or
•    5 years in Truck and Truck equipment sales

•    Good technical understanding of product & application
•    Strong Commercial, strategic and Influencing skills
