Sales Manager

Purpose of the possition

To develop the Hiab business in Poland to achieve its financial and operational targets as set by the overall business plan, through structured, profitable business development and growth.

Place of work: Warsaw

What you’ll need to succeed:

Business Studies or Technical Degree
Technical foundation qualifications

Working experience:
Likely to have 7 years+ experience in a commercial role from within a related industry

Competence and skills:
Proven ability to drive and develop equipment sales and profitability across a defined market area;
Proven ability to develop and manage customer and third party relationships; 
Strong business mind-set with financial skills;
Good technical skills 
Customer oriented
Able to domestic travel 35% of the time
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation, 
Results and achievement driven.
Eager to create long term relationships;
High integrity and excellent interpersonal and skills;
Good computer skills as in MS Office, CRM, ERP-knowledge
Fluent in Polish and English

Language skills:
Polish    License/Certificate (if applicable):
Driving licence
