We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager, Poland to join our team!

 

 

 

Purpose of the position

 

 

 

  • Plan, develop, direct, execute and monitor sales activities to achieve established sales targets.
     
  • Leading a team of sales professionals and managing a network of partners to drive our sales for the entire Hiab portfolio. 
    ​​​​​​​
  • Work closely with services to create a strong customer experience.

 

 

 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

 

  • Leadership of the sales team 
     
  • Develop equipment sales budgets, KPI and plans
     
  • Development of key sales processes
     
  • Manage and develop our pipeline of orders and implement efficient use of CRM tools to support the sales work
     
  • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization
     
  • Prepare and monitor sales forecast, revenues, prices, discounts, margins and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt
     
  • Manage a network of partners with a structured dealer management approach
     
  • Coordinate together with the Service department to create joint plans, activities and dealer management to create a strong customer experience
     
  • Develop a key understanding of competitor activities and formulate counter strategies
     
  • Take responsibility for further developing our offering together with our Divisions.

 

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

 

 

  • Suitable educational background; commercial, mechanical engineer, production engineer or administrative subjects (Bachelor/academic level)
     
  • A solid track record of managing sales and driving sales growth
     
  • At least 10 years of relevant business/product experience (e.g truck industry or load handling equipment) related to sales
     
  • Experience in dealer management is a must.
     
  • Ability to work in an international business environment/in a matrix organization 
     
  • Proven ability to drive and develop equipment business sales and profitability
     
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a team of sales representatives
     
  • Results and achievement driven and eager to create long term relationships
     
  • High integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
     
  • Strong business mind-set with financial skills
     
  • Fluent in English and the local language a must, all communication with customers is in the local language and communication with Divisions is in English
