FSM Solution Coordinator

The Solution Coordinator has a pivotal role in the support structure for the business application of all service systems, including SAP and Field Service Management. 

You will be reporting to Solution Owner Services. 

Position Location: Finland (Helsinki or Tampere)

Main tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Support the key users in the area of responsibility. Key Users supporting End Users
  • Provide planned and on-demand training to key users on new or changed functionality to the extent it affects their usage of the system
  • Provide authorization approval and verify roles for new or existing users
  • Align business requirements with the business management and interpret the effect of business strategy implementation and changes
  • Identify business process improvements and changes and collect and specify change requirements to the application that will better support these processes
  • Coordinate system development request/process; Create development stories, conduct and coordinate testing and inform Key Users for upcoming changes 
  • Co-operation with other solution coordinators. Specifically the logistics / finance cooperation for the same solution area is required. Align requirements and share knowledge with solution coordinators in the same field of expertise
  • Close co-operation also with the Solution Owners and Configuration Owners for the applicable business processes
  • Attend to development projects or additional bigger support tasks approved by Solution Coordinator`s Line Manager (e.g. system upgrade projects)
  • Participate in the bi-weekly Solution Coordinator meetings to provide feedback on the functioning of the support organisation, participate in the prioritization of requested changes and to receive and share information important to the service
  • Organise regular key user meetings to assess the status of ongoing support, system and training needs and to update the key users
  • Participate in process solution meetings, for all the relevant process areas, with process owners and other key parties
  • Participate in handover meetings where the project team shares updates and knowledge transfer towards the Solution Coordinators on what was done, achieved and left on a punch list during the project for own responsibility area.
What you’ll need to succeed:

Ideally you have: 

  • Customer service mind-set
  • Analytical, detail oriented with a focus on solving problems
  • A thorough knowledge of the business processes and operations in area of responsibility
  • Expertise of the corresponding FSM & SAP solution functionality in own business knowledge area
  • Experience as ERP super or key user preferred
  • Understanding of change management practices within own organization
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability and authority to bring together different stakeholders and funnel ‘local’ business requirements in global solution framework
