Hiab is looking for a Service Support Specialist, who will be responsible for: 


  • Processes finalized service orders to invoice accurately and on time 
  • Responsible for daily customer service
  • Logistic coordination with transport companies for new equipment and spare parts
  • SAP spare parts key user.


This role is reporting to the Services and ASTS Manager and it is located in Madrid, Spain.

Key accountabilities:


  • Acts as the customer's primary contact (F2F, phone, e-mail)
  • Captures the description of the problem, escalates if necessary
  • Creates, estimates and prepares spare parts and accessories offers
  • Prepares and finalizes service orders to invoice accurately and on time
  • Close cooperation with other departments in the country for backup
  • Acts as an administrator for certificates and permits 
  • Responsible for SAP maintenance relating to spare parts (creates new local part numbers, extends part numbers, etc.)
  • Responsible for invoicing to dealers and end customers. Follow-up of the invoice payment in cooperation with the accounting
  • Warranty support for customers. Follow-up of customer feedback on warranty claims and services provided by partners
  • Continuously learn about the new SAP process, monthly SAP key user meetings, new products
  • Manage Purchase Orders and invoices in Basware
  • Administrate C-Office and Webshop.

What you’ll need to succeed





  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to plan efficient service execution





  • In-depth knowledge of SAP, knowledge for spare parts and accessories management, logistics and customs duties.
  • Good customer communication, empathic, structured, service-minded, and customer-oriented
  • Team player
  • Local language and advanced English.
