We at Hiab are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team of professionals.
We're looking for a candidate who will be responsible for Managing NPD Projects within the Light Medium R&D organisation according to the current project model and structure.
The position will be based in Hudiksvall (Sweden) and will be reporting to our Senior R&D Manager, Light & Medium Cranes.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Responsibility on results in NPD projects, from scoping to finished project and lessons learned
- Project responsibility for the NPD Process
- Project documentation in existing system
- Project goals setup (breakdown if needed)
- Follow up on project cost and resources
- Reporting in existing project structure
- Secure resources and coordinate
What you’ll need to succeed
- University degree in Engineering or corresponding
- Previous experience in managing assignments or projects
- Technical knowledge, experience in Mechanical Engineering is meritorious
- Fluent in English and Swedish (both written and spoken)
- Management skills proven
- Result oriented and well organised
- Communicative and cooperative personality
