Trainee, Services Business Development

Purpose of the position

HIAB is looking for a summer trainee to join our Tier 1 team as Service Business Development in Helsinki startin beginning of May until September.

As a trainee you will join a team of professionals taking HIAB’s service business to the next level by translating ideas into global practices. We work as internal consultants, in an international environment and seek best practices to scale up to our Customer Service Centers (CSC). 

This summer we would like to have support with building content for our global Service Sales Development programs. You will work closely with internal subject matter experts and support them with setting course learning objectives, organize training material according to the agenda and support with the implementation.

The Service Sales Development program is a key initiative in trainsforming  HIAB Services into a true Value Selling organization.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Design and develop course curricula and content together with subject matter expert
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
• Implement instructional design principles to enhance learning outcomes
• Enable global accessibility of course materials
• Provide training and support for instructors to deliver course content effectively.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Service Design, or equivalent studies
• A can-do attitude, curiosity and a drive to transform  Hiab Services into a better tomorrow
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Basic skills of Project management 
• Attention to detail
• Experience in e-Learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS) is beneficial but not essential
• Experience using Google sheets, docs and slides is beneficial but not essential.
