Marketing Manager, Hiab Services

Purpose of the position


Hiab is the world´s leading provider of on-road load-handling equipment, intelligent services, and smart and connected solutions. Now we are looking for a Marketing Manager that will provide best in class customer experience by delivering differentiated and market-leading Services throughout the product lifecycle. The Marketing Manager, Hiab Services, plays a critical role in effectively conveying our short- and long-term strategic objectives to effective marketing and lead generation. The role is responsible to manage the marketing strategy, programs, and activities supporting Hiab Services’ full offering over the entire lifecycle. You will report to the VP, Sales & Product Management and work closely with the Central Marketing team, Sales Directors, and local marketing managers in the countries. You will also collaborate with customers, e.g end-users, dealers, and service centers. 

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Drive, develop and implement marketing plans, tools, programmes and campaigns for the organization's products/services in order to facilitate sales and meet established sales or market share targets and build long lasting customer relationships
  • Contribute to the development of an overall marketing plan that is consistent with the Hiab Services long-term objectives. This would include advertising campaigns, and support launching of new products
  • Work directly with Hiab’s sales and service network to promote our full lifecycle offering and strengthen customer values
  • Select and manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and agencies (event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets)
  • Responsible for product/service brand positioning and product/service brand values
  • Responsible for global  marketing plan and consolidation of local marketing activities
  • Responsible for the services central marketing budget
  • Act as brand guardian and implement the Visual Identity Guideline and secure the global use of unified communication to strengthen brand values and identity
  • Understand our customers needs and use this knowledge in the communication and development of the product brand offering.
  • Create and implement marketing programs/campaigns/tools/launch support and promotional material to drive sales.
  • Create, plan and execute social media activities.
     

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Marketing or communications background
  • At least 5 years of relevant business experience within marketing 
  • International experience in B2B
  • Passionate about marketing
  • Experience with digital product portfolio
  • Structured and target-oriented way of working
  • Project management skills 
  • Proactive approach
  • Social with excellent networking and communication skills
  • Fluent in English.
