Manager, Supply Chain Performance Management

We’re looking for a Manager – Supply Chain Performance Management (SCPM) who will be the overall custodian of the HIAB Supply Chain performance indicators that help direct divisions, factories, and sales centres towards high customer service levels, thus driving the company’s business performance. As part of the Business Operations Development team, the Manager – SCPM owns and drives improvements in the measurement of all KPIs along with delivering management reports to strategically guide performance across the supply chain including different manufacturing and sales centres.

This position can be based in Minerbio, Italy; Zaragoza, Spain; Dundalk, Ireland; Raisio, Finland or other relevant site close to our manufacturing sites .
This position reports  to the Head of Business Operations Development. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Own the definition, calculation, and measurement of all current and future HIAB Supply Chain KPIs:
  - Ensuring that the KPI definitions are up to date, with updates communicated to all manufacturing/sales centres and divisions.
  - Ensuring that the calculation for the KPI is accurate by implementing auto-check processes.
  - Ensuring that the data for all the KPI calculations comes only directly from the source systems.
• Management-level reporting of periodic performance with strategic insights working closely with the VP - Business Operations Development:
  - Data analysis for each KPI to identify key trends for every and across all manufacturing center/sales center/divisions.
  - Own current SC KPI reporting dashboard and further develop the dashboard to provide detailed reports/charts/trends on-demand.
  - Add KPIs and reporting views as necessary to further enhance performance perception by relevant stakeholders.
  - Evolve the dashboard in alignment with Hiab’s strategy.
• Technical ownership of the dashboard database and all necessary integrations with source systems.
• Continuous improvement of data quality and user experience in correspondence with the leads of the manufacturing centres/sales centres/divisions.
• Setup and run the data governance to add/update/retire data fields/formulas/KPIs.
• Adhere to relevant data compliances and structures in collaboration with the Information Management team.
• Manage budget, team, and external stakeholders in accordance with the Supply Chain Board’s decisions
   

What you’ll need to succeed

• Relevant academic degree (e.g. BSc/MSc in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Automation, or Operations Management or MBA in Operations/Supply Chain)
• Internationally recognised Supply Chain qualifications will be an advantage
• 7+ years in establishing/running performance management functions, with 3-5 years of people management experience
• Experience working in similar manufacturing industries, in a global business environment and matrix organisation
• Data management to connect with ERP, Order Management, Sales Management, CPQ, and Finance systems
• Management reporting, business reporting, unit-wise reporting
• Strong capability in using performance management tools - QlikView, Google suite, etc.
• Executing for results, strong analytical capabilities with pragmatism and operational skills
• Relationship building, strong communication and cooperation skills
• Proven leadership skills, proactive working approach, high energy and drive to execute changes
• APICS – CPIM/CSCP/CTSC Certificate
• Advanced English, both written and verbal, is mandatory
• Strong capability in using Google BigQuery, Advanced Excel, SAP – FICO
