CPQ and CRM Solution Owner

Hiab is looking for a CPQ and CRM solution owner who will work to develop the tools that facilitate account and partner mgmt and lead to order processes. Our goal as a company is to globally utilize Salesforce for the above processes and manage our entire pipeline via CRM. The Solution owner has a pivotal role in developing and supporting our CPQ and CRM. The person will work as the liaison between the business, IM organization and suppliers. Salesforce Sales Cloud is one of our core systems globally to manage leads, opportunities and quotes and other interactions with our customers and partners.  In this role you will also participate in partner portal development. Partner portal is a solution for our dealers and importers to access relevant data and tools needed to run their business with Hiab. 

 

The location of the position if Helsinki, Finland. 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Business owner for our CRM and CPQ development (roadmap - prioritization - development - testing - release) 
  • Business requirements management with all relevant stakeholders and development road mapping and backlog prioritization
  • Align business requirements with the business management and interpret the effect of business strategy implementation and changes 
  • Identify business process improvements and changes and collect and specify change requirements
  • Cooperation with our market and division stakeholders and process owners across the organization
  • Attend development projects or additional bigger support tasks
  • Dependency mapping with other services and projects
  • Define and implement analytics setup for the solution for following up the user adoption, system usage and performance metrics. Provide the overview on a regular basis for stakeholders on the usage

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • Education:
    • BBA/MBA economics or information management
  • Experience:
    • Experience of Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Marketing Cloud and or Experience Cloud is appreciated
    • Change management
    • JIRA knowledge
    • Process and system development
    • Working with C-level 
  • Competencies:
    • Customer service mind-set
    • Analytical, detail oriented with a focus on solving problems
    • A thorough knowledge of the business processes and operations in area of responsibility
    • Understanding of change management practices
    • Understanding agile development methods
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
    • Ability and authority to bring together different stakeholders and funnel ‘local’ business requirements in global solution framework
    • English requirement: excellent verbal and writing skills
