CPQ Solution Coordinator

Hiab is looking for a CPQ (configure-price-quote) Solution Coordinator. The CPQ Solution Coordinator has a pivotal role in the development and support organisation for the business application of the CPQ. You will work as the liaison between the business, Information management organisation and suppliers. Reporting to the Director, Sales tools and processes, the CPQ Solution Coordinator is responsible for the daily user support, development and testing of the new CPQ solution.


Main tasks and responsibilities:


  • Provide daily supervision, administration and user support for the new CPQ solution and process implemented with Salesforce CPQ and related applications
  • Create, maintain and develop policies, processes and deliver training as required based on identified needs
  • Manage and resolve service concerns with Hiab’s global service desk and the CPQ service providers by identifying and documenting issues through troubleshooting, supporting team members, process owners and experts in other departments
  • Provide support in the CPQ implementation project and during rollout to markets and divisions
  • Coordinate and participate in user acceptance and system integration testing during new feature releases and roll outs
  • Develop the CPQ support organisation and key user network and manage the network, provide release notes and manage the communications related to changes
  • Work together with CPQ and CRM solution owner and CRM solution coordinator to implement the most efficient solution for our sales force to do sales management, quoting and order creation
  • Some travel will be required, primarily during the rollout of the CPQ solution, up to 25% of the time


What you’ll need to succeed:


  • Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in relevant IT or business education
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with distributed teams as a solution coordinator, CPQ/CRM key user, product manager, systems or business analyst or software project management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience for providing and organising trainings (key users, end users)
  • Motivated change agent and team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solver and highly analytical thinker
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English with business and technical audiences. Additional languages are considered an asset
