The primary function is to provide efficient, confidential and professional customer service, administrative clerical
support, and invoicing.

Main tasks and responsibilities

● Maintain daily invoicing.
● Enter time cards daily.
● Process expense reports for technicians.
● Open, receive and process purchase orders.
● Open service work orders and PM schedules.
● Collaborate with Service Coordinator on managing open orders and PM’s.
● Over the counter parts sales.
● Set up Z-contact for customer invoice email.
● Request equipment adds & partner function updates.
● Assist with collection/distribution of incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
● Manage office supplies.
● Issuing and collecting customer surveys.
● Accounts Payable (Basware).
● Investigate billing issues, process credits and rebills.
● Handle finance issues credits and rebills.
● Support other districts as needed.
● Other duties, as assigned.

What you’ll need to succeed

● Associates degree preferred.
Working experience:
● 3+ years customer service experience preferred.
Competence and skills:
● Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
● Experience in Google and Microsoft Office.
● SAP experience is a plus.
● Exceptional attention to details while exhibiting excellent data entry skills.
● Excellent organizational skills.
● Ability to multi-task.
