We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated eCommerce Coordinator to join our team!




Purpose of the position



As the eCommerce Specialist, you will be supporting roll-outs of eCommerce related projects within the wider business. This role will coordinate various teams and activities to deliver improvements to our customers and colleagues. Process documentation and updates to existing guidelines.


This role is based in Gdansk, Poland, and will report to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, Hiab Services. Requires occasional travel




Main tasks and responsibilities



● Be the first point of contact for customers and internal colleagues with regards to eCommerce Support.

● Coordinate support tasks across the different teams to drive customer resolution.

● Being part of the eCommerce development processes to ensure bugs & enhancements are developed and implemented in-line with support needs.

● Drive documentation for support related processes

● Participate in work related meetings & help to execute eCommerce projects

● Motivate customers to use the Webshop

● Working in SAP, JIRA and eCommerce related systems

● Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor falling within the scope of responsibility on the position;




What you’ll need to succeed



● Suitable educational background in technical and commercial subjects or experience in eCommerce and customer support instead;

● Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the eCommerce industry and understanding of load handling business;

● Ability to work independently to complete given tasks and assignments;

● Ability to work in an international business environment and team;

● Results and achievement driven and eager to create long-term relationships;

● High integrity and excellent interpersonal communication skills;

● Communicative level of English

- at least B2.

● Flexibility and agility, problem solving mindset with attention to details
