Currently we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated  Parts Order & Logistics Coordinator  to join our team!

 

 

 

Purpose of the position

 

 

 

  • The position will support the customers with order management activities or any queries during the order to the delivery process, including returns and claims as well as any task required to meet defined logistics service standards,

 

 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, entrusted to you;
  • Support the organisation & customers with manual order changes and/or any queries related to order creation;
  • Motivate customers to use the Webshop, and create manual parts orders and confirmations if required;
  • Support and process Customers Support Center & importers with parts claims and possible returns (approvals);
  • Support customers/carriers with requests for freight price checks & quotes and documents;
  • Support the procurement team with any inbound transport-related queries.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor falling within the scope of responsibility on the position;
  • Participate in work related meetings;
  • Working in SAP, JIRA, G-Suite,

 

 

 

 

 

 

What you’ll need to succeed

 

 

  • Suitable educational background in technical and commercial subjects or experience in logistics and customer support instead;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in service logistics or sales & marketing in the industry and understanding of load handling business;
  • Ability to work independently to complete given tasks and assignments;
  • Knowledge of Google Suite tools, Microsoft Office, SAP - as an added value;
  • Ability to work in an international business environment and team;
  • Results and achievement driven and eager to create long-term relationships;
  • High integrity and excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Communicative level of English - at least B2.
