We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

On this position, you can expect to take responsibility for the development and implementation of Hiab’s marketing plans, tools, programmes and campaigns for the organization’s products and services in order to facilitate sales and meet established sales or market share targets. 

You will be building long lasting customer relationships, as well as increasing brand image and awareness across the UK and Ireland. 

The role will be reporting to the Director UK & Ireland, Hiab Sales & Service.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

●    Development of UK marketing plans in conjunction with UK management team across all business/product lines
●    Local execution on marketing and communication of new Product/Services/Solution launches
●    Work with press, media and external agencies to grow Hiab’s communication to the market and customers
●    Responsible for content management, including continuous update and activation of local web site
●    Grow social media footprint and ROI from investments in this channel
●    Collaborate with global Marcomms team to share, coordinate and strengthen SoMe activities
●    Development, coordination and execution of digital customer mailings, campaigns, newsletters
●    Plan and execute activities to drive traffic to local web site  
●    Set targets for all marketing activities and evaluate outcome
●    Lead management
●    Organise and manage trade shows, seminars and exhibitions as per requirements within agreed budgets
●    Prepare and deliver editorials for internal publications
●    Create and develop advertising for UK market in line with brand guidelines
●    Liaise and work with Hiab Marcomms team to ensure Global alignment on all aspects of local marketing
●    Monitor and evaluate market trends and where required carry out market research and analysis
●    Ensuring safe working practices and safety of all staff within the areas of responsibility.

Your key tasks:

●    Drive, develop and implement marketing plans, tools, programmes and campaigns for the organization's products/services in order to facilitate sales and meet established sales or market share targets and build long lasting customer relationships
●    Contribute to the development of an overall marketing plan that is consistent with the organization's long-term objectives.  This would include market research, advertising campaigns, and support launching of new products
●     Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
●     Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets)
●    Development of both tactical short term campaigns and long term brand / image building campaigns within the global brand and communication guidelines
●    Deliver against key targets and budgets
●    Work at all times in a customer centric manner and ensure clear accurate and prompt communication to stakeholders in order to have common understanding at all times.

What you’ll need to succeed:

In order to be successful on this role, you should be a skilled communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter who is motivated to drive results through strategic thinking and creativeness. We will also be expecting to see leadership mentality, as well as marketing prowess.

Ideally you have:

●    Degree standard and relevant marketing accreditation desired.ie CIM or CIAM
●    Experience in working within a B2B marketing department /role
●    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with drive and initiative
●    Stakeholder management skills: internal and external
●    Project management experience in terms of steering, leading and driving to planned timetable and planned end results
●    Flexibility to travel within UK and when required, within Europe.
