We are seeking a friendly outgoing professional who knows the industry and can boost the parts sales and service revenue. Totally focused on the customer is a must so we need someone that’s truly committed with an ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, ensuring that the Government Business Operations Services Team maximises the opportunities and minimises the risks of supporting products with a long product life cycle in the Hiab environment, whilst achieving financial and contractual requirements.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and maintain a GBO Services Plan to deliver:
    • Global Spare Parts Sales and Purchasing;
    • Global Service Delivery (in selected markets);
    • New Equipment Sales Support
  • Deliver the GBO Services Budget
  • Manage the day to day running of the GBO Services team
  • Actively manage GBO Services compliance and risks
  • Achieve agreed performance targets
  • Liaise with Hiab departments, customers and end users to achieve goals
  • Manage the  development of  Services products
  • Manage the accurate recording of data in SAP and other corporate systems
  • Contribute to the GBO Business Plan
  • Support GBO projects and must win battles
What you’ll need to succeed:

The ideal candidate should have a strong business mind-set with financial skills, proven ability to manage a busy team, and be able to demonstrate equipment/ service sales and profitability. They should have an excellent customer facing skills, and be able to develop and manage customer relationships, as well as, be responsible for securing own and co-workers’ safety and health with all possible means.  

Ideally you have: 

  • Commercial or Technical background, Bachelor degree
  • At least 10 years of relevant business experience managing teams in a target driven customer service environment
  • High level of communication skills required with team leadership and results oriented problem solving
  • Change management techniques and  team leadership in complex business environments
  • Team leadership, budget setting & achievement, conflict resolution and contract negotiation
  • SAP user, Microsoft office, Google suite, cross cultural working, project management
