We are looking to hire a GBO Customer Support – Service. This role is a key part of the Services Team and is Customer facing. 

On this position, you can expect to manage global Service requirements for GBO customers and coordinate multiple external & internal departments’ activities to ensure that the customers’ requirements are met or expectations managed for the life of the products sold while hitting company targets.

You will be working in cooperation with customers, ASC’s, as well as Sub Contractors and Suppliers.

The position also requires some domestic and international travel.

It will be reporting to the GBO Services Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

•    To coordinate (quoting, planning, scheduling and invoicing) repair and maintenance workload with Authorised Service Centres and Engineers for GBO customers
•    To maintain and grow the business relationship with existing customers
•    To initiate contact with potential new customers to explore increasing business with them, and driving relationships with in country FLUs (Front Line Units)
•    Generate, maintain and grow Spare parts and Service sales
•    Work with Tech Doc to ensure accuracy of C-Service spare parts books
•    Liaise with Central teams & GBO Technical & project Support Engineers to ensure parts are correct and available for sale
•    Compiling/Sending out Engineering Change Notifications and Fit Form and Function certificates to clients
•    Coordinate and resource customer support issues
•    Ensure all critical documentation is logged in google
•    Ensure Service and Warranty Orders are maintained in SAP
•    To identify, book and attend training as required by the role
•    To execute key tasks/projects to achieve the GBO Services team’s objectives.

What you’ll need to succeed:

In order to be successful at this role you have to be a team player, who is customer focused and is good at building and maintaining personal relationships. You are a self-starter with high level of initiate, excellent communication and problem solving skills. 

Ideally you have:

•    High Level of IT competency Google, MS Office package, SAP and C-office, E commerce systems
•    Attention to detail
•    Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
•    Driving license essential
•    Commercially minded
•    Engineering background is an advantage
•    ALLMI qualification is an advantage.
