ASIC Manager

Purpose of the position

 

Within the role you will be responsible to manage/ support the relationship between the business and our Authourised Service & Installation Centers ensuring control and compliance to policy and procedure is adhered to by both parties.


Main responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure procedures/ policy’s/ processes are established and adhered to
  • Manage DOS (Dealer Operating Standards) and ensure compliance through audits and regular ASC contact.
  • Ensure correct portals/ software is used by ASC’s
  • Manage/ support/ develop KPI’s for ASC’s 
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the targets are achieved/ exceeded
  • Help standardise/ align ways of working and develop new when required
  • Establish and support training needs for ASC’s and work with training department to deliver programme
  • Work closely with Service P&L holders supporting via forecasting, budgeting, capture rates and performance
  • Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions and in compliance with the company's safety rules / procedures and with regulations and codes of practice
  • Develop and manage Installation guidelines, procedures and KPI’s
  • Support the company’s efforts to reduce accidents / incidents by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Safety Audits and 5S events etc. as required.

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • Recognised Business Studies, Commercial and/ or Technical Qualifications
  • Compliance background – preferred non essential
  • Lorry loader/ Crane background – preferred non essential
  • Dealer management – preferred non essential
  • Proven ability to manage a busy workshop environment
  • Ability to demonstrate cost control and P&L management
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
  • Strong business mind-set with financial skills
  • Good technical skills
  • Dealer management skills
  • Ability to work in an international business environment in a matrix organisation
  • Results and achievement driven and eager to create long term relationships
  • High integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Home based with regular national travel, ideally close to one of our depots.
