ASC Manager

Hiab Sales & Services Division is looking for an experienced ASC Manager to manage and support the relationship between the business and our Authourised Service Centres, ensuring control and compliance to policy, as well as procedure adherence by both parties.

The role will report to the UK Service Manager. It will be based in Ellesmere, but will require regular national travel. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:
•    Ensure procedures, policies and processes are established and adhered to
•    Manage DOS (Dealer Operating Standards) and ensure compliance through audits and regular ASC contact
•    Ensure correct portals and software is used by ASC’s
•    Manage, support and develop KPI’s for ASC’s 
•    Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the targets are achieved and exceeded
•    Help standardise and align ways of working and develop new ones when required
•    Establish and support training needs for ASC’s and work with training department to deliver programme
•    Work closely with Service P&L holders supporting via forecasting, budgeting, capture rates and performance.

What you’ll need to succeed:

The successful applicant is a capable, confident, positive and committed person with focus on solutions, achievement and results. They would possess experience in sales, business development or supply chain management.

Ideally you have:
•    Relevant university grade and/or qualifications in business or finance
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Strong IT literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills
•    Good attention to detail
•    Ability to work in an international work environment 
•    Ability to travel
•    Fluency in English.
