Hiab ZEPRO is looking for Service Support Specialist to join our team in Bispgaarden, Sweden. 
You will be reporting to the Service Manager ZEPRO and will be responsible to provide service support to the Swedish market, sales companies and distributors outside of Sweden.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Handle warranty cases and prepare the them for the warranty administrator
  • Manage the warranty returns
  • Conduct ZEPRO service training courses for workshops, sales companies and distributors outside of Sweden
  • Support internally with market feedback on service related issues
  • Proactively participate in the improvement work for the department
  • Within given boundaries give the customer and workshops advice in regards to service and warranty issues
  • Within given boundaries approve warranty cases
  • Plan and conduct service trainings in line with service training plan. 
What you’ll need to succeed:

Ideally you have: 

  • Suitable education
  • Detailed knowledge of the company’s products
  • Knowledge of mobile hydraulic system and control system 
  • Detailed knowledge of warranty, service support and IT processes.
  • Fluency in English.
