ZEPRO (Z-Lyften Produktion AB) manufactures and sells hydraulic tail lifts. The ZEPRO (Z-Lyften Produktion AB) manufactures and sells hydraulic tail lifts. The manufacture of tail lifts is customer-order-driven and takes place in the company's own premises in Bispgården and employs 180 people. ZEPRO's customers are mainly truck bodybuilders. The sales office with a central warehouse for spare parts is located in Katrineholm. We currently have sales to about forty countries. ZEPRO belongs to an international tail lift division with factories in Sweden, England and the USA. Our designers continuously develop new products in-house and are constantly adapted to new needs and new markets. ZEPRO is part of Hiab.

We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor that will be responsible for leading, planning, organising, and directing all daily activities for the robot welding operations. The Supervisor will be responsible for about 25 employees. 

This position will be based in Bispgården, Sweden.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure that physical material handling in production works.
• Detailed planning and follow-up on a daily basis.
• Ensure that maintenance of machinery and equipment works within the area of responsibility.
• Monitor that manufactured details meet established quality requirements    
• Follow current budgets, policies, routines and instructions.
• Promote the development of costs and efficiency.
• Supervisory responsibilities for subordinate staff.
• Drive continuous improvements within your own department
• Driving the communication with adjacent processes
   

What you’ll need to succeed

• Work experience in the production/manufacturing industry
• Supervisory experience
• Good leadership and organisational skills 
• Ability to handle any conflicts that may arise
• If you have previous experience of conducting performance appraisals and salary discussions, it is an advantage
• Attention to details and ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience of improvement and quality work (LEAN) will be considered as an advantage
