Process Solution Coordinator, Hire To Retire

Cargotec Business Services (CBS) Information Management is currently looking for a Hire-To-Retire Solution (HTR) Coordinator to join the CBS IM team. 

This position is an integral part of CBS with responsibility in the interface between process development and solution development. The Solution Coordinator translates the needs from the HTR operations into technical terms and vice versa, and supports the development and deployment of the solutions. The role is tasked with understanding the process development needs of HTR services as defined by Global Process Owner and on the other hand understanding the functionality and technical capabilities of the solution. 
The work process will be done in close collaboration with Solution Owners and Solution Architects in the corporate Information Management function. 
The role will provide the possibility to work with Process Solution Coordinators, HRIS Experts, HTR Solution Owner, HTR Global Process Owner, HTR process specialists, Key users and External service providers.
The main solutions in scope of this role are SuccessFactors and other HR applications such as payroll, AODocs and ServiceNow, including integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems used by corporate functions and CBS. 

The position is based in Cargotec’s office in Tampere and reports directly to the Manager, HRIS. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Translation of HTR operational need into technical terms and vice versa
  • 2nd and 3rd level HTR support
  • Participation in projects 
  • Change management by coordinating trainings and testing  
  • Key user training
  • HTR solutions interface development and support
  • Coordination of the request management by Tieto
  • Focus on integrations
  • Manages Data integrity
  • System development and testing
  • Supports development and deployment 
  • Participates in solution development projects (including testing)
  • Informs users and other HTR and IM stakeholders about the system and process changes
  • Responsible for coordinating and documenting solution requirements and change requests for the process area in question
  • Access management according to company guidelines and policies
  • Maintains the solution documentation 
  • Ensures deployment materials are up-to-date
  • Responsible for securing own and co-workers’ safety and health with all possible means.
What you’ll need to succeed:

We are looking for a collaborative, team-oriented person with strong communication skills and a positive, solution-focused mindset who is motivated to excel in his or her work. The ideal candidate should have strong organisation and coordination skills, and the capability to advance different tasks on schedule.

Ideally you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant area
  • At least 3 years of technical and/or functional experience in SuccessFactors or other equivalent system
  • Basic understanding of HR and related support and business processes
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and interfaces
  • Interest in project work and development of processes and IT systems
  • Proficient in spreadsheets (possibly Google Sheets)
  • Experience of administration activities is an advantage
  • Experience of working with HR processes and tools would be an advantage (hands-on experience with ServiceNow and SAP systems would be a plus)
  • International mind-set and comfortable with working in global matrix organisation
  • Ability to network with people and true interest to support and develop others in using the solutions in HTR process area
  • Understanding of business processes and their development, documentation and definition and the link between business processes and IT systems
  • Capability to provide training to end users and develop training material
  • Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
