Cargotec IM is strengthening technology and process competence in the HR solution area and is  looking for an experienced SuccessFactors professional to join our HRIS team.
In this role, you would be responsible for supporting and developing the global HR system for Cargotec business needs. The position requires excellent system and HR process understanding as well as customer support skills together with a deep commitment and interest for development and training. The HRIS Expert participates in solution design and provides both functional and technical expertise for HRIS related development and maintenance activities as well as ensures that the quality and consistency of HRIS development actions are in compliance with current HR policies and guidelines. The HRIS Expert actively collaborates with HR Centres of Excellence, global process owner and  HR Services team as well as with our business stakeholders and service providers.

Preferred location for this position is one of our Finland offices in Tampere, Kaarina or Helsinki or in Sofia, Bulgaria. Remote working is also possible.

 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Takes an active role and responsibility for the continuous system development and proactively searches the possibilities to further develop the common service framework 
  • Participates in the development projects with the relation to HRIS system 
  • Ownership of Performance and goal management and compensation modules
  • Maintains excellent relationships with all stakeholders (Service managers, Business and concept owners, IT stakeholders, HR personnel etc.)
  • HRIS Expert provides high quality support for the Cargotec internal customers
  • Creates and maintains system documentation
  • Cooperates actively with the key users, business process owners, service providers and other stakeholders
  • Supports Cargotec internal customers with the system related functional and technical issues
     

What you’ll need to succeed:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business, engineering or similar
  • 3 + years of technical and/or functional experience in SuccessFactors (in particular modules: EC, PM&GM, Compensation incl. Variable Pay) or other equivalent enterprise system
  • Experience of working with HR processes is an advantage, especially experience of developing, implementing and supporting Bonus and salary processes
  • Experience with different system implementation projects is an advantage
  • Ability to drive system and process development in cooperation with multiple stakeholders
  • Good understanding of the complex landscape for the multiple integrations, processes and systems
  • Self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken
