We are looking for a Training Specialist, Order to Cash to design, maintain and manage all OTC training related tools and materials and to conduct trainings.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • To be part of the Task Force project team
  • Evaluates the training needs and designs the training plan / Participate in evaluating the training needs and in training plan design
  • Prepare presentations and training materials. Prepares manuals and guidelines.
  • Conducts training
  • Organizes and facilitates meetings by booking dates, sending calendar invitations, recording the meetings / training sessions for further training usage, etc.
  • User support
  • Supports the Task Force project team on new process and tools implementation
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability
  • All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or similar area
  • 2+ years of experience in finance and / or training
  • Advanced finance knowledge
  • Experience in creating learning content and presentations
  • Knowledge in learning and training design  
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very strong ability to influence others 
  • Very strong ability to transmit Company values and the defined winning behaviour, acts as role model
  • Proactive way of working, ability to drive projects forward
  • Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
