Trainee HR Processes

Purpose of the position

We, at Cargotec, are looking for a HR Process Trainee in HR Services ‎department to become part of our Hiab team. We’re looking for someone who will support the development and maintenance of HR process materials, process-relevant HR communication, and execution of various HR projects.

Our traineeship program continues for 6 months and gives the trainees the exciting opportunity to acquire knowledge, put it in practice and to become an indispensable part of the team. Trainees at Cargotec have the chance:

Main tasks and responsibilities

HR Process Improvement

• Support the development and maintenance of HR process documentation, including process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in process development and process improvement initiatives related to HR Services.
• Admin support of HR Global Process Owner.
• Understand connections between HR process materials and ensure updated information in all files.
• Support clear and deliberate HR Process communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with the relevant colleagues.

Project Support

• Support with HR project document and training materials creation.
• Align with HR Process Experts (“Subject Matter Expert”) on project progress and collaborate where needed.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education and Experience

• In the last years of studies in Bachelor Degree or recently graduated.

Competencies

• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English
• Demonstrate an attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop in the HR and Process area
• Solid communication skills and team worker
• Analytical skills
