Trainee Finance (Invoice to Pay department)

We, at Cargotec, are looking for a talented Finance Trainee to become part of one of our Invoice to Pay teams, which are responsible for managing cash flow and paying vendors and suppliers.
The purpose of this position is to provide supporting tasks and activities to the entire Invoice to Pay area in Cargotec Business Services.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- To be an active member of the Invoice-to-Pay team
- Perform activities which include, but are not limited to: data extraction, review and validation of documents and their distribution, contact vendors for incompliant invoices, handle requests from internal and external users regarding accounts payable queries
- Maintain good working relationships with the other process teams
- Work with different company tools such as SAP,Basware and ServiceNow
- Perform any ad-hoc activities as per request of the direct manager.
What you’ll need to succeed
- To be a 3rd- or 4th-year university student (or a recent graduate) in one of the following degrees (or relevent) - Business, Economics, Finance and Accounting
- No previous experience required
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
- Problem solving, organisational and communication skills;
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) or Google Workspace tools
- Proactiveness and ability to work both in team and independently.
