Time and Attendance System Administrator

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Global Time&Attendance system data entry: managing all types of absences and events (paid/unpaid leaves, sick leaves, long-term leaves, etc.)
• Extracting reports from various HRIS/Finance systems
• Alignment of data correctness with the respective stakeholders
• Close communication with the Payroll provider
• Supporting the implementation of a new Time&Attendance solution for Cargotec globally
• Being part of building up the HR Services area in Cargotec in close cooperation with the global HR community

What you'll need to succeed:

• Customer-centric mindset
• Positive attitude
• Bachelor or higher degree of education
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and different reporting tools/T&A systems would be considered as an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Previous experience is not needed
