Team Manager, HR Services

Your daily challenges:

●    Lead & develop the HR Transaction team of up to 20 team members, represent team interest in management forums
●    Drive the customer-centric culture and service delivery with constant focus on customer satisfaction
●    Provide proactive communication and build positive working relationships with the customers and end-users
●    Manage team performance, meet process SLAs and KPIs and manage customer expectations
●    Provide timely and accurate reporting per agreed reporting schedule
●    Plan and participate in transition activities when applicable 
●    Identify and provide continuous improvement opportunities and ideas for HR processes to the CBS Solution and Process Owners
●    Support global Mergers and Acquisition activities by integrating them into the centralized way of work
●    Develop and enhance team’s capability, skills and high level of performance

What you need to succeed:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate comfort in adapting to different ways of working across cultures and organisational hierarchies - in and outside of HR function. Also to have strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.

Ideally you have:

●    Degree in HR or business
●    5+ years of experience in HR domain and experience of having led a team before
●    Strong experience in operations in the relevant HR process area
●    Experience as a HR team leader (preferably in an Shared Services/BPO environment)
●    Experience with simple to complex query handling
●    Knowledge about RPA, ERP/Cloud solutions are preferred
●    Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
●    Open to travel, particularly during the transition state
